"I am's" are a wonderful way to start your flow of attraction for today and every day....you know, The Law of Attraction?!
Start your day out with good vibrations! EVERYTHING is vibration and energy. Positive vibration/energy feels good.... so as you create and say, think or write your affirmations and intentions, be sure that they feel good to you. As you begin to encompass these affirmations and believe them, you will start attracting what you want.
What a great first week! What was your favorite part of the week? Give thankfulness to that!
Now think about what your favorite part of today is going to be! Take some time and bring the positive feelings you have forward into your day! Let these positive feelings flow through you and bring them forward into your day!
Day 4 into the New Year! I don't know about you but I am sore ~ but a good sore! It is only going to be a short time before the new things we are practicing for 2015 become a routine, habit, or behavior. So keep going!

Make it a habit to look at all the positives in your life and the things around you EVERYDAY! It will become a habit or new behavior for you. Being present and noticing these things will help you move away from jumping on or viewing things negatively.
As you practice this EVERYDAY, remember to be gentle with yourself.....you are starting a new routine, habit and behavior.....it takes LOTS of practice to change!!
It's day 3 of our journey into 2015!! That's right I used the word journey.....an adventure of discovery!! I love an adventure!
When I take an adventure or a journey, it seems I don't let my conscious mind get in the way. Basically, I don't fear the unknown or change because that is exactly what I'm looking for - the unknown! In order to grow we need to welcome and have new experiences and be unfamiliar with things. On your journey or adventure today, just listen and notice the little things instead of worrying about the "what-ifs".
So today, practice the beauty and awe of your journey or adventure of discovery!!
Believe it or not, many of us that made these really great promises to keep for the New Year are already putting them and ourselves on the "back burner". Stop. This is YOUR year!!! You get back what you give out......I know you've heard that a ga-zillion times....here's the difference between the past ga-zillion times and now......this time you MEAN IT!
