Today is two-fold......
Thinking positively does not mean you should deny that anything has gone wrong or there haven't been mistakes. Bringing a positive attitude about and to these situations is what makes the difference!
1. Analyze what went wrong - It's great to take a moment to sit back and think about the events and situations that have you where you are. The key is that you take a few minutes to analyze them and look forward to a positive tomorrow.......
as well as,
2. Learn from the past - The past is the past.....that's where it stays. You can not change anything about it so do not dwell on it. Give the things that went wrong acknowledgement, choose to let go, and move on to a new and positive day!

There are some great ways to release negative thought patterns and negative beliefs. Some of my favorites are reiki, meditation, and massage. I just recently was told about EFT which is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques. I would love to try this modality with someone.....any takers?
By engaging in any one of these modalities (there are many others as well) the more negativity you can release from your life. That makes more room, peace, and space for you to have inside and the more in turn, the more positive you become!
