Day 15 - Practical Positivity

Exercise and get outside.

It can be done...even here in Minnesota!! We have been blessed with such a nice winter.....there is no reason we can not get out there and walk around the block a couple times. This is great exercise to help with positive thinking.

Exercise makes us feel good about ourselves and when we have those positive feelings our confidence level goes up and LOTS of things start to "work out" great. Exercise also aids in our patience levels.....and that is a very good thing!! ;)

Enjoy breathing the fresh air and moving your body!
