Day 59, 60 & 61 - Practical Positivity

SO, this is going to be a big one! Three whole days worth of positive stuff!
Some of the biggest reminders I give myself and others is:
Be mindful of your thoughts. This includes being conscious of your environment - your home, the music you listen to, and the TV and movies you watch.
Be conscious of how your treat others and yourself.
Be compassionate and forgive.
