Do it for your health!
There are many factors in our daily lives that play a role in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and there are many theories on this subject.
One theory, that I have found to be true for me, is that having a positive outlook enables you to cope better with stressful situations, which reduces the harmful health effects of stress on your body. It's also thought that positive and optimistic people tend to live healthier lifestyles — they get more physical activity, follow a healthier diet, and don't smoke or drink alcohol in excess. Basically, they don't feel as tired all the time and find they have the energy to enjoy life!
