Day 49 - Practical Positivity

Invest in yourself.

Spend 15-30 minutes in the morning or evening with reading, listening to or watching something that uplifts you, that helps you to understand yourself and the world or that helps you to live a better life.

Then, if possible, take one small action on what you have learned.
