Day 17 - Practical Positivity

Today is two-fold......

Thinking positively does not mean you should deny that anything has gone wrong or there haven't been mistakes. Bringing a positive attitude about and to these situations is what makes the difference!

1. Analyze what went wrong - It's great to take a moment to sit back and think about the events and situations that have you where you are. The key is that you take a few minutes to analyze them and look forward to a positive tomorrow.......

as well as,

2. Learn from the past - The past is the past.....that's where it stays. You can not change anything about it so do not dwell on it. Give the things that went wrong acknowledgement, choose to let go, and move on to a new and positive day!
