How are you doing with your rejuvenations of 2015?
Daily exercise will help you improve your mood, along with helping to against stress and depression. Exercising will also make you feel better about yourself. When you feel better about yourself, it breeds confidence which will help you in your personal and professional life.
It's going to be 40 degrees in the Twin Cities today....go for a walk (it doesn't matter how far) it will be amazing just to get outside and breathe the air!!
