Day 9 ~ Practical Positivity

I know, I know........but this is why you are reading these posts! We ALL need support from each other with this. So, instead of accepting or ignoring a thought or action that is negative (feels bad or wrong), ask yourself, "What is good about this?" There is ALWAYS something good. It may not be apparent right away....that's why it isn't easy.
If you take the time to think about what is positive, you will notice stress levels come down and this process gets easier and easier.
(....and just a side note, remember the situation or action may not be about you at all.)
