Day 31 - Practical Positivity

Positive thinking isn't about never getting angry, frustrated, sad, or upset or avoiding negative experiences. Rather positive thinking is about being aware of when you are in these states and then getting out of them and moving forward towards positive goals and states of being that you want to be in. Practical positive thinking means learning from your mistakes, failures, and bad or negative situations.
It means applying what you know and understand to improve a situation, rather than avoiding, denying or being stuck in one.
